C’est tout de même fou comme le temps passe vite ! En voulant récapituler la liste pour le mois d’Août je m’aperçois que c’est déjà la fin des fèves par exemple et que les courges et les noisettes ainsi que notre chère mirabelle font leur apparition dingue non ? Alors je crois qu’il va falloir profiter un maximum de nos produits d’été comme vous l’avez fait au mois de juillet car c’est encore un excellent mois pour un maximum de recettes qui ont été cuisinées de saison !!
Je pense toutefois que beaucoup d’entre vous allez enfin partir en vacances ? C’est normal et bien mérité. Moi j’aurais mes petites chéries vers la mi-Août et jusqu’à la reprise d’école, mais je vous en reparlerais le moment venu. Bonnes vacances à ceux et celles qui partent et quant à ceux et celles qui reviennent bon retour et n’oubliez pas de cuisiner de saison. La liste qui suit peut vous aider !
