C’est tout de même fou comme le temps passe vite ! En voulant récapituler la liste pour le mois d’Août je m’aperçois que c’est déjà la fin des fèves par exemple et que les courges et les noisettes ainsi que notre chère mirabelle font leur apparition dingue non ? Alors je crois qu’il va falloir profiter un maximum de nos produits d’été comme vous l’avez fait au mois de juillet car c’est encore un excellent mois pour un maximum de recettes qui ont été cuisinées de saison (encore plus de 250 recettes !!) Merci à vous !
Je pense toutefois que beaucoup d’entre vous allez enfin partir en vacances ? C’est normal et bien mérité. Mois j’aurais mes petites chéries à partir de la mi-Août et jusqu’à la reprise d’école et mon fils probablement la semaine d’avant ! Comme d’habitude je vais me consacrer à mon petit monde que je ne vois pas suffisamment alors pour cuisinons de saison, je pense essayer malgré tout de tenir la liste à jour sur Cuisine de Gut, quitte à remplir le site Cuisinons de saison un peu plus tard mais pour cela il faudra absolument me prévenir de la publication de vos plats car je n’aurais pas le temps de passer vous voir comme je le fais habituellement ! Il ne faudra pas m’en vouloir si par la suite vos recettes ne sont pas publiées.. Désolée mais là c’est indépendant de ma volonté.
